I recently read (and loved) your new book, Energy Medicine for Women. You offer many great ways that women can help to balance their hormones. While you discuss testosterone excess in women, I didn't see any excercises for women with excess testosterone. I am trying to help a client with an adrenal gland condition in which the adrenals have malfunctioned and secrete excess testosterone. Could you offer some suggestions as to which exercises might be beneficial?

To help with the adrenal gland condition and excess testosterone do the Triple Axis Hold, Sedate Triple Warmer, and do the Triple Warmer Smoothie.
