The
traditional headache points in Chinese medicine have been used for thousands of
years and are effective (time—about a minute):
1. Massage
the traditional headache points at the indents where your neck meets your head,
move up to the ridge of the skull, and massage all across the back of that
ridge, rubbing hard with a circular motion.
2. Place
your fingers at the bottom of your neck, next to your spine. Push in on the back
of your neck with a circular massage.
3. Maintaining
pressure, drag your fingers out to the sides of your neck.
4. Repeat,
moving up a notch higher. Work your way up to the top of your neck.
